Social Event. The Argonne Hispanic-Latino Club hosted
a social event on Thursday, March 22, from 11:30 a.m. til 12:30
p.m. in Bldg. 205. Lamb tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream,
cheese and salsa were served. Green vanilla floats were also available.
In Mexico, lamb is cooked underground to make a dish called "barbacoa."
Lamb is also one of the main foods in Ireland, made as a stew dish.
Manoel Conde made an interesting presentation on Brazil.
